The word “robot” comes from a dystopian Czech theatre play written in 1920 which warned us about the perils of mindless automation. A hundred years later, society is delegating thinking to language models... and robots have come for the stage. In this brand new show, technology plays a unique and hilarious role in a mind-bending hour of live entertainment, showcasing human ingenuity and creativity.
Supported by some of the UKs top improvisers and the pioneers of AI theatre, one completely unprepared actor will perform a new play with their lines given to them, live in the moment, by AI.
