About our theatre
We have a dedicated, state-of-the-art space in the heart of Southwark – with a reputation for consistently funny, consistently surprising shows. It also has a great bar, and the friendliest staff (they all take improv classes).
Every week, we programme the best improv and alternative comedy in London: our own home-grown teams alongside the finest guest acts.

What is improv comedy?
Improv is unscripted performance: no scripts, no pre-planned jokes, no safety net. Performers make up scenes, characters and stories entirely in the moment, in response to suggestions from YOU, the audience.
It’s some of the funniest live theatre you’ll ever see: genuinely unpredictable and unrepeatable.
