Frequently asked questions
How does the monthly billing work?
You’re charged £15 today, then the same amount on the same date each month, until you cancel. Your benefits refresh every month: another free ticket to use, and a new month of discounts.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. Go to Manage Membership in your account dashboard to stop the auto-renewal. You keep your benefits until the end of the month you’ve paid for, then it stops charging you. That’s it!
Does the 15% apply to every show?
Most of them. The discount applies automatically (when you are logged in on our site) to all shows produced by the FA, and many others. The exceptions are the occasional guest show, festival shows, or co-promoted show. You can always see the shows that are included in the deal from your dashboard.
How do I claim my free ticket?
When you are logged in, a link will appear in the checkout to apply your free ticket to your basket. Unused tickets will expire at the end of the month.
Where do I access my FAM card?
It lives in your account dashboard on our website – log in and you’ll see it on the home screen, ready to scan at the bar or flash at the door.
Can I share my membership?
The ticket discounts are tied to your account, so only these apply to tickets you buy for yourself. The 10% bar discount is also per FAM member... but you can always buy a round for your friends!
Is there a minimum term?
The minimum term is one month, so if you join today and cancel tomorrow you will have a month of benefits before your membership ends.
